Rejuvenate Psychological Services offers expert training, supervision, and consultation grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and cultural humility. Dr. J is a multiculturally focused psychologist and the first Black DBT-Linehan Board Certified therapist in Texas. Prior to expanding Rejuvenate to focus on training & supervision, Dr. J was a trainer with one of the most established and respected DBT training agency, the Treatment Implementation Collaborative (TIC).

With more than a decade of experience working at the intersection of psychology, social justice, and law, Dr. J brings a deeply informed perspective to addressing structural barriers such as the school-to-prison pipeline and disparities in youth legal outcomes. She holds a certificate in Addressing Racial Justice and Equity in Youth Legal Systems and integrates these insights into consultation that centers restorative practices.
